Sunshine Essentials grew from my own commitment to making wellness a practical part of everyday life. What began with sea moss became part of a much bigger journey of learning to care for myself intentionally—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Today I create the same products I incorporate into my own wellness routine and share them with a community that's learning to prioritize themselves, too.
